Unique handmade bronze Sphinx or shpynx. The ancient Greek mythical creature with the head of a human and the body of a lion with its one leg up. The artifact is mounted on a marble base. This a reproduction of the sphinx which is displayed in the roof of the historical building of Athen 's Academy, in Greece. It is made by the traditional method of casting bronze and with a museum type oxidization.
